Upon your acceptance of our confirmation of your order and quotation of costs associated with forming your
limited liability company, payment is required by electronic transfer, cheque or credit card.
We will prepare and dispatch to you all required Companies Registration Office Application forms.
Once these are approved by you and returned to us we will submit the application for you via the Companies
Registration Office's Electronic Company Incorporation Scheme.
After 5 working days when your limited liability company has been incorporated we will contact you to
advise of the incorporation date and company registration number.
We will then dispatch your limited liability company package containing:
Original Certificate of Incorporation
Drafting of Memorandum / Articles of Association (two copies provided as standard (additional copies can be
provided on request) to inclue principal objects clause
Hardbound Combined Statutory Minute Book and Register
Company Seal
Minutes of first meeting
Companies Registration Office Information Booklets "Duties of Company Director" & "Duties of Company Secretary"
when available
